Quick Schedule Import is an application that enables you to import invoices from an Excel file to create a schedule. The application will automatically parse your document and figure out necessary information for the contained invoices. You will be prompted to modify and confirm which columns in your spreadsheet are meant for invoice number, date, amount and your customer name. After submission, a batch number will be created, and you will be prompted to sign (digtally or by paper) the Schedule of Accounts (SOA).

History of all imports is recorded for verification of accuracy.
